* smaller and bigger tiles size will incur additional labor of est. $300.00 per toilet
* tiles wastage for above will be dependant on type of tiles and chosen layout
* waterproofing for toilets inclusive of non-shrink grout, Adseal 104 and waterproof screed
* drop kerb for both toilets shower area unless cannot be done
